Arlo Edge Walker ships Worldwide! If you have trouble checking out due to your destination, please send me an email at customerservice@arloedgewalker.com

DOMESTIC: We ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday via USPS. Packages are sent with signature confirmation. If you are not available, USPS will leave you a note and you can pick up from the local USPS station. If you'd like insurance on your item please email customerservice@arloedgewalker.com for pricing (it's generally $2-5 extra). 

INTERNATIONAL: We ship Monday thru Friday via USPS or UPS. Please note there is tracking with your international shipment via USPS and UPS. 

CUSTOM FEES:

Please be aware your country may charge a custom/duty fee for any international packages. Some packages go through without any charge, however sometimes there may be a custom/duty charge that can incur. Arlo Edge Walker does not charge for these fees, they are charged by your country's customs officials. Please be aware of your country's customs and duty policies for any international packages. 

**Once your item is mailed, Arlo Edge Walker takes no responsibility for stolen, lost, damage, or items delivered late. 

 

What is Arlo Edge Walker's return policy?

  • I want to ensure you are happy with your Arlo Edge Walker jewelry!

    Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your purchase. The item you bought must be returned in new, unused condition and in original packaging. Once item is returned to us in the original condition we will issue the refund minus the shipping charges. Please note, we do not pay for returns to be shipped back to us. If you need to make a return please contact us via email at customerservice@arloedgewalker.com and we will provide the mailing address where item needs to be shipped. All custom and sale pieces are non-refundable.
    Rings customized by size are non-refundable, however pendants, pins, and earrings can be returned if in original condition and not used.

How can I track my order?

  • As soon as your item has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes a tracking number.

How do I cancel my order?

  • As long as your order has not yet been shipped you can cancel it. E-mail us at customerservice@arloedgewalker.com and we are happy to process your cancellation.

Does Arlo Edge Walker do custom orders?

  • Custom orders are loved and encouraged! If interested in a customer order please contact via this link: https://arloedgewalker.com/community/contact or email at customerservice@arloedgewalker.com and I will get back in touch! I welcome telephone communication to ensure I create your perfect custom piece. Custom orders generally are created and ready to ship between 10-15 business days.

I need my order to arrive by a certain day, what should I do?

  • If your order must arrive to you by a certain date, whether it be for a special event or a gift, please get in touch via email at customerservice@arloedgewalker.com. I will do my best to accommodate but I cannot guarantee the arrival of an order by a certain date. All stated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees so I recommend you make sure you allow as much time as possible for your order to arrive by the date you need it.

How do I care for my pearl jewelry?

  • Pearls are considered an organic gem and need to be cared for properly. Be sure to not expose the pearl to any harsh chemicals such as ammonia, bleach, vinegar, etc. or abrasive materials. It is also important not to store pearls in a plastic bag as plastic contains a chemical that will damage the pearl. Otherwise, the best method to clean the pearl is to use a damp soft cloth and gentle natural soap. Never use a polishing cloth on a pearl as that will damage the pearl. Only use jewelry cleaner that is specifically for pearls. Do not sleep, bathe, or swim in your jewelry as this can cause damage as well.

How do I know my ring size?

  • If you are unsure of your ring size, stop by a local jeweler and they will be able to size you for free. Same goes for finding out your partner's size. You can take one of their rings to a jeweler and they can size it. All my rings are sold by US size. If you are an international customer and unable to find out your US ring size, please email me at customerservice@arloedgewalker.com. Since the rings are made to order, rings cannot be exchanged or returned. Please know your ring size before placing an order. 

 When will I receive my order?

  • Jewelry marked "ready to ship" will be in the mail within 1-3 business days. All other orders currently take 2-3 weeks (10 to 14 business days) to ship from the time of purchase. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking info sent to the email address you provided at checkout. 

Can you use white, yellow or rose gold?  

  • I offer 14k yellow and rose gold rings,14k gold crowns on the necklaces, and 14k white or yellow gold findings on any style earrings.
